Content Design | Townsquare Interactive
As a UX Content Designer at Townsquare Interactive, I created SEO‑optimized headlines, subheadlines, form titles, and button microcopy for clients across industries, including Quality Financial & Tax Services and Byler Construction Group. Each site required clear, search‑friendly messaging that reflected the client’s services while guiding users toward key actions such as requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or contacting the business. I rewrote page‑level content to improve clarity, strengthen value communication, and support both organic search visibility and conversion goals.
What I Learned
This project deepened my ability to balance SEO strategy with user‑centered content design. I learned how to craft concise, high‑intent headlines that improve search performance without sacrificing readability, and how small microcopy decisions—like form labels or CTA phrasing—can significantly influence user trust and engagement. It also reinforced the importance of aligning content with business goals while maintaining a consistent, accessible experience across different industries.
