Content Design | Townsquare Interactive
At Townsquare Interactive, I worked as the UX Content Designer responsible for customizing the scheduling app used across hundreds of client websites. Each business needed a version of the tool that reflected their services, tone, and user expectations. I adapted the content, structure, and microcopy for each pop‑up and form, ensuring the scheduling experience was clear, accessible, and aligned with the client’s brand. This included tailoring service descriptions, CTA language, form fields, and value statements across industries such as homecare, financial services, real estate, and local trades.
What I Learned
This project strengthened my ability to design scalable UX patterns that still feel personalized. I learned how to balance consistency with customization, collaborate efficiently with product and engineering teams, and refine microcopy to reduce friction in booking flows. It also reinforced the importance of clarity, accessibility, and brand alignment when adapting a single component for many different user groups.
